Your body is made for this mommies to be

With all my ups and down on normal birth vs c section. All the information some un wanted information. Some information that made me scared to even have the baby. Don’t forget the over thinking of things. That’s the worst part of it all.

All I can say is that what must be will be and that’s how it is. If you meant to have normal birth you will if a c section is ment for you then so it will be.

People talked to be about having the baby and how painful it is to go into labor. I just thought I won’t be able to do this. One friend gave me the best advice and saying to me body is made for this so it doesn’t matter what your mother instink will kick in and you will know when to do what and how to handle any pains of labor.

So ladies this is my advice to all of you if it’s your first time having a baby just know that your body is made for this your mother in stinks will kick in so don’t worry about what people tell you just know this!

Running during pregnancy…..

I was busy running when I found out I was pregnant hahahaha not in so many words as I said it. I was running when my heartburn just started off bad i had to run and stop run and stop and so it went on for 5 kilometers. I did finish the 5k but walking.

After the run I told my husband that I think we need to take a test and so we did and that’s the story……

After that running was so hard for 9 months never mind the heartburn it was the going to the bathroom that made me stop running. The only run I got was running to the bathroom.

I wanted to exercise but that was not possible for me but I was still running around at work and to the bathroom all day long let me not forget evenings also.

What exercises could you do during pregnancy ?
