Yesterday I spoke to my friend and she was all in tears due to the fact that she needs to go for her 20 week scan but due to the covic 19 her husband is not allowed in with her at the scan. She was in tears. It there first baby and he can’t go in with her. I felt it with her. Today she’s going for her scan I am not just thinking for her but all mothers that need to do this alone now.

Black Friday while pregnant
Well as it is and baby needs to come now the advice I got from everyone is walk walk walk and more walking and don’t forget to clime the stairs. With this advice I just did that. I walked all over every evening I went walking climbing stairs.
With Black Friday coming up I thought well they said walk so I might as well keep walking hahahaha. I walked up and down in Checkers only bought nappies wait let me tell you this I went twice back to go buy nappies on the Black Friday deal hahahaha.
They said walk so I walked in every shop I didn’t buy beside the nappies but I walked as per the advice I got but still he didn’t want to come.
Being atmitted in hospital what does the nurses say mommy you will have to go climb the stairs. I thought to myself but I went to climb the stairs.
He still decided no I am not coming now so I have no idea if walking and climbing stairs do help but hey what do you have to loose nothing just maybe you lucky and the baby comes.
